A simple routine
Check sanitiser and pH with strips before each soak or at least weekly, rinse the filter cartridge regularly, and bring a sample of spa water into the shop for a full test when you want a second opinion.
Do not overdose
Spa volumes are small, so a pool-sized scoop of anything is a big dose. Measure to the label, run the jets to circulate, then retest.
If the spa stops heating
Note any error code on the control panel and check the water temperature with a thermometer if you can. Those two details tell us a great deal before we arrive, and sometimes point to something as simple as a dirty filter restricting flow.
