Spa not heating or holding water?
Note down any error code showing on the control panel and, if you can, check the water temperature with a thermometer before you call. That information often points us straight at the cause and saves time on site.
Spa water care
Spas hold a small volume of water at a high temperature, so the chemistry moves fast. We stock spa sanitisers and balancers and can talk you through a simple routine — test strips at home, plus a full water test at the shop when you want a second opinion.
Spa sales and parts
Our Bunbury spa shop at 87 Albert Road carries Xenflo by Eduardo's, our own range, and we're also a dealer for Hydromax by Mega Spas in Perth. Spare parts and cartridges for common spa brands are available in store.
